Nicholina joined our team in 2017 as a Practice Assistant. She comes from a 20 year career in Customer Service and has been able to transition her previously learned skills to suit the needs of our office. Nicholina works closely with the Operations team in processing new applications, opening new accounts, and working meticulously with the retirement services team. She is also very actively involved in cultivating our team volunteer activities.
