Monica joined our practice in 2017 as a Practice Assistant. Since that time, Monica has worked in various departments, beginning with the Operations team. Here she provided support throughout several key elements of the LOSAP application process. Subsequently, Monica took on additional responsibilities within our Marketing department, by producing marketing materials and organizing sales calls. Monica was then assigned to our Brokerage department, working closely with our private clients as well as supporting our 403(b) division. Currently, she has been promoted to our Human Resources department and works with our team to streamline business processes as well as assists with any internal needs stemming anywhere from hiring new talent to supporting our current staff.
