Izamar Lopez

Izamar Lopez joined the practice in 2024 as a Practice Assistant, supporting the team with escalations, complaints, and key project‑management initiatives—including transitioning clients to a more modern platform. She earned her B.B.A. from the University of Saint Francis in 2014. Before joining our team, Izamar spent 12 years in Retirement Plan Services at Lincoln Financial, developing deep expertise in customer service and operational support. With more than a decade of experience in the retirement industry, she brings a powerful blend of customer service excellence, project‑management strength, and a Series 6 FINRA license. Now serving as our Head of Operations in Retirement Services, Izamar leads the onboarding of new and existing retirement plans, helping clients optimize their options. She plays a central role in driving the practice’s growth, elevating the client experience, and championing operational excellence.
